While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there is noticeable work in progress throughout the property, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. The true highlight of my stay was the staff—exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth made a real difference. Very large investment made here to modernize this hotel: bathrooms new with strong pressure and hot water plentiful, comfortable beds and bedding. Has all the amenities a traveler visiting Liberia would appreciate, including consistent water and electricity supply, hot water showering, continental breakfast, CNN news, spacious rooms, etc. The only downside is the lack of an elevator system in the whole building. The room shown to me was very dirty and no air conditioning in the room, the bed covers or sheets were dirty and stinking. The hotel does not resemble what was advertised in Expedia web site. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE.”
