“Literal paradise….The owner Jack and property manager Kay were very responsive and helpful before and throughout our trip. We had a couple issues that they resolved quickly/same day. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. The dock and oceanfront view were outstanding. The water from the dock is beautiful, clear and tons of fish around the dock to watch. Snorkeling around the dock kept us busy, and the Swings in the water were also a big hit!Low tide happened 1-2 times times a day which changes how...

“Exuma Summit House is outstanding, with great indoor and outdoor amenities. Arrival was great, we arrived 4 hours before check in and put our bags in the house while the cleaning crew spruced up the home. Then we spent the next few hours swimming in the pool and utilizing the outdoor bathrooms, changing room, and two outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Nicky, the house manager, took care of all our needs and requests, from booking dinner reservations to making boat excursion recommendations...
