“Literally no Air Conditioner in hot sunny summer days/nights. They keep a minimum of 22 degree Celcius in the system and can not be adjusted. My first room was 28 degrees when I walked in and it took an hour to go to 27.5. They changed me to a room which was 25 degrees. The AC did not lower it overnight and during the day went up to 28-29. Unacceptable. Unpleasant, uncomfortable. ”

“Reception was great! They weren´t always there, but nice still. I had a water accident in the room, the sewer in shower was stuck and water went to the room. They cleaned it up in no time and still smiled at me!”
