“Needs improvement on response period. Has to wait hours just to get a cup of tea”

“Everything else was above average but the bathrooms are not maintained at all. Mould everywhere including the handles. There was no cold water, so shower was a nightmare. Since the bedroom was well maintained, an average score would be fair ”

But then, after checking out one day earlier of my booked stay, the hotel has decided not to refund the last night. Never seen this before, I wouldn't go there.”

“My phones and money were stolen during the night,the owner did not do anything about it they did not communicate or show remorse rather i was neglected to deal with my loss on my own,no security cameras or a guard around the place at night.Staff is not proffesional.”

“Site states it provides free shuttle to and from airport. But staff will try and chest you for 35 usd each way .. in cash ... Had to waste hours with Expedia still site refused tunyil I ask for charge machine and a recite. Too which they finally agree to derive.. do not trust or book. ”
