“Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are...

“This house was all it was listed as on the VACASA webpage. The furniture was in very good shape, the beds comfy, and lots of bathrooms to share with a large group. Part of the gulf view is blocked by another house, but it also sits back far enough so that our steps weren’t underwater when the tide came in. Storms kept us inside half of our stay but would love to return sometime.”

“We took our girls and a few of their friends down for a few days to celebrate summer. We had a great time. We loved that we didn’t have to worry about traffic or overcrowded tourists. The girls could come and go to the beach as a group and we didn’t have to worry. We had some rough weather and the AC went out but the host handled it quickly for us and the girls were able to play games and wait out the storm. Loved that we could take our dog to the beach as well. It just added to the fun. ”

“The condo was newly renovated in a great location and fully stocked. The owners communicated throughout when we had a few issues. The few things I noticed were that the back light was not working and the bed is broken, and there is a slight scratch musky odor that did not go away. Finally, we had to wash all the towels upon arrival as they did not smell clean. ”

“Went to Dauphin Island for a birding trip. I have to say the place was very clean and tidy. LOTS of towels, blankets, and pillows. Everything was stocked up for several days. I have to say it's so nice to not have to rush out and buy toilet paper/paper towels/etc. Also it's easy to park under the house out of the weather. Check in and entering the house for the first time was a breeze!Hope to come back next year!”
