“I stayed at Best Western Hotel from 31 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. The full amount for the stay was paid during check-in and split 50/50 between myself and my friend. However, on 22 January, I noticed an unauthorized charge of AED 3,033.71 made by the hotel to my card. I immediately contacted the reception. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was unprofessional and insisted that the booking had not been paid, despite me providing clear proof of payment. The issue was not resolved...

As I am working in hotel industry, I can tell, that personel is very good, attentive and helpfull, what is one of the most important things for guests.
