“This castle hotel was wonderful. The check in process was electronic but the manager was close by for any issues. Our room was way upstairs and while the hotel had an elevator, the last floor was only accessible by a small staircase. The room was large but ceilings were low in the upper room. The property was amazing and the restaurant on site was incredible for both dinner and the included breakfast. It was by far the best dinner we have had while on our 3 week travels. “The property itself is amazing, the location and the setting in the forest. The tent was clean and well-equipped, and the instructions on how to access it, etc., were left for us and were very clear. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that was not clear during the booking was that the bedding and towels were not included in the price - this could be a bit more clearly explained.”
