“Not the prettiest entrance and hallways, but nice, spacious rooms and very clean. I was greeted by a young man who instantly recognized I needed some well needed rest, so he let me check in a lot earlier than normal check-in time. Loredana from housekeeping was a gem 😊 Always smiling and offering me help. In general, the few aesthetic flaws are easily compensated by great service and room cleanliness. Didnt expect to much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area were spotless, and the hosts were welcoming and quick to help. When we messaged about an issue with the blind, they responded promptly and came to fix it right away. The train station was a 10 minute walk away and a 20 minute train journey into the centre of London. ”

“We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. We then called multiple times and ended up having to sit in the pouring rain with nowhere to go because the cleaner wouldn’t answer the phone until lunchtime. The cleaner arrived and...

“Perfect flat for our stay. Clean and stocked with the basics. Shared kitchen if you are looking to cook (although we did not). The host was a pleasure to deal with, quick in responses and very helpful. I would recommend this property for a couple, small family or a single person. We would 100% stay here again. ”

“This cozy apartment is really well located; it's close to the tube station and in a 20 minutes ride you get to London. AJ and her family are really nice and they are availeable in every moment and ready to help. Pinner is really nice to stay for a weekend. Next time I go to London, i'd definetely stay here.”
