“We can all make mistakes and I understand that it is not always the fault of the staff if somethings are not working but then at least apologize. Here is a list of what I experienced during my stay from the 15-18 of January. 5x - gave up on finding anyone in the reception although it was supposed to be 24/7 4x - my keycard had to be re-configured because it had stopped working 2x - the sauna was cold 1x - I asked for late checkout but it was not put into the system so the cleaner tried to...

“Breakfast is much more pretty in the pictures than in reality but still it was good and full filling. The staff is very attentive. The hotel is old yet everything works just fine.”

“Excelente servicio, el personal súper amables te explican todo y te guían mediante tu estancia , todo muy limpio y cómodo , El desayuno excepcional y delicioso . Hay un mall a 3 min . Tiene un McDonald’s al lado y tienda de conveniencia al lado también! definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería a quedarme ahí!”

“We stayed at this property for 9 days and found it to be very comfortable for two people. It was super clean and set in a beautiful environment with lots of greenery around us. The town is in close proximity to Stockholm and has excellent connection by commuter train. The host was very helpful explaining some technicality in the house to us. We would highly reccomend this location!!!”

“We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for our six adults and four kids in a quiet neighborhood. The pool, hot tub, and trampoline made it paradise for the kids. The beds were very comfortable, and the large kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for 10. The little guest house was an added bonus. The bus stop is right out the back gate, and we could get to downtown Stockholm in under an hour using public transportation. We highly recommend!”
