“The unit was not clean smelled of pet urine. The lights didn’t work in three of the rooms. Plywood stuck under matts where the floor was rotten. Bedroom door wouldn’t close. Photos used in vrbo booking do not show the ladder that you need to access top two bedrooms. Photos also don’t show the washed out driveway to get to unit and the log stairs used for access to the beautiful beach. Broken fluorescent tube from kitchen light beside fridge. Dishwasher doesn’t work and I don’t think it has...

“Our stay at Creekside Hideaway could not have been better. Wonderful communication with our host and the property was even better than described. The house was spotless with ample towels in the updated bathroom. The sheets on the beds were high quality cotton with a cozy duvet and 4 pillows. The kitchen was modern with great touches like bottles of water in the fridge and coffee for the coffee machine. We were also appreciated that Nora ( the dog) was welcome. I would HIGHLY recommend this...

“Newly renovated room - very clean with small balcony overlooking the water - very friendly and accommodating staff - enjoyed the indoor pool even though the water was cool it was refreshing on a hot day - would definitely stay here again”

“We needed an accommodation relatively close to Blacks Harbor in order for us to travel to Grand Manan to visit family and TRUTH BE TOLD - this was the only accommodation available for our family of 5. We had a chaotic trip. We flew in from Alberta, one of our kids (we learned) is very susceptible to motion sickness... (its our first BIG family trip) there were challenges with our rental car. It was a tough travel day all around however!!! I am SO pleased that this was our first night...

“I was very impressed with my stay. The lodge has many attractions, such as a beautiful, hot tub and a wonderful lake that you can swim in and has free paddleboard and canoes to use. I also had some extreme car trouble, and they were very helpful in assisting me. The staff were super polite, and I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. I will stay here again.”

“Unfortunately, this did not qualify as a 5 star accommodation. It is a gorgeous , older home with beautiful gardens but amenities and support from staff was disappointing. Our room , quite “cozy” was lacking in supplies like tissues, shower cap, water bottles, extra towels, and it was dark with lights needing replacement. This could be a 5 star accommodation with more attention to detail and more staff present in site. Breakfast should def be included and not an extra charge!”

“Es una ciudad muy muy pequeña y este es el único hotel que encontramos , es muy sencillo, cero lujos, pero aceptable , estaba limpio aunque las instalaciones ya son un poco antiguas , pero todo bien . Solamente insisto, no esperar lujos de ninguna manera , ojalá en un futuro lo remodelen ya sin alfombras. El desayuno podría mejorar, actualmente es lo mínimo indispensable. ”
