“The rooms dont have heating. The outside temperature was -2 degrees, so we could not spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. We did not stay there. Can you please refund me the night that I pay?”

“The location of the apartment was in the centre and close to the station. We stayed over Christmas and Sittard was lovely and festive. However it was extremely cold and only three rooms had heating and struggled to get the apartment warm enough. The hallway, stairs and toilets were very cold. I expect it will be lovely in the summer or more usual temperatures. ( it was minus 6 degrees outside)The apartment is above a car repair shop and there was a very strong smell of petrol on the first floor...
