“La estancia estaba pagada por adelantado, todo y así, me cobraron un depósito de 100 euros, me cobraron 104 euros que eran de otro cliente, y no atendían ningún comentario en español porque nadie del hotel lo entendía. La persona que atendía la entrada en el restaurante para el desayuno muy mal educada, riéndose de nosotros porque no hablábamos holandés o inglés. Increible que estuciera atendiendo al público, ”
