“The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. The only problem we had was we used the parking service for the garage opposite and even though we paid, we got a fine, as we should have had a parking permit from the hotel, which the hotel didn't even know about. So don't use apcoa when you park up there. Otherwise the location is beautiful right near the canal and the food was really good in the restaurant. ”
