“The description of the hotel on the website is not true. The photo of the hotel from the outside is confusing because the hotel looks different. There is no staff in the hotel all the time. We arrived and could not leave our things until 3 o'clock. Breakfast is very late. В 8.30. We warned that we were leaving at 8, but we paid for breakfast. Nothing was offered to us. The hotel is a 2 ”

“El complejo está muy bien,hay q tener coche para desplazarse. Si cumples las normas q ellos indican,tienes el reembolso de tu depósito a 10 días. Hay q saber q tienes q pagar las toallas y que la recepción ,sólo es hasta 4 de la tarde.. Lo cual debes de ponerte en contacto con ellos antes para q te dejen la llave . Nosotros recogimos todo. Lo único q al llegar no estaba limpio era el hornos microondas.. Pero realmente nos encantó estar alojados en este chalet.”

Klaas and Marianna are gracious hosts and made our arrival easy through detailed check-in steps and directions. The included breakfast set us off on the right foot as we headed into the city central area. Fully recommend. ”

“We certainly enjoyed our stay at the houseboat. Monnickendam is a cute little town with a nice market, shops and restaurants. Just a 10 minutes walk to the bus stop into Amsterdam - very convenient. On the houseboat you find everything you need. Perfect spot in the evening is on the rooftop. Our host provided us with a very warm welcome. Communication was easy and very pleasant. Getting used to the dry toilet is a little challenge - there are „normal“ toilets in the main building.”
