“The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. Lovely gentle mannered man. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room so i struggle with wet floors but i bought a floor squeegy in town for just over £1 and that helped a lot. ...

“Perfect location in chitwan for accessing the national park and river. 10minute walk to the shops and restaurants although we ate at the lodge a few times as this was ideal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful. “Es un increíble hotel, el servicio es bastante aceptable, sólo que durante varios días intenté contactar vía e-mail, solicitando el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto de Kat Mandu, y jamás me respondieron los múltiples correos que envié, otra situación es que se menciona o se da entender que de el hotel se puede apreciar el Everest, lo cual es incorrecto”

“Es un sitio muy tranquilo, amplio, con muy buenas instalaciones y amenidades. Las habitaciones también son muy amplias y cómodas. Lo único lamentable es la distancia a la que está de la acción (Thamel, Durbar Square, etc.), y con el tránsito de Katmandú se siente más. Pero es un lugar muy recomendable.”

“El personal excelente, especialmente Kapil de recepción, gracias a el viví de las mejores experiencias con los animales... viendo a un Rinoceronte dormir a pocos metros del hotel de manera natural y segura! Igual con un elefante bañandose en el río... EXTRAORDINARIA EXPERIENCIA! Incluso mejor que el tour contratado en jeep para entrar en la selva! Los jardines del hotel y la alberca muy bien cuidados y te da mucho espacio de descanso y tranquilidad cuando así lo decidas! ”
