“Hemos gustado bastante. El hotel es grande, el personal es simpático. El buffet de desayuno es increíble, con varias opciones. El hecho de que esté a pie de pista de ski es fantástico. Lo único que nos gustó menos fue el servicio diario de limpieza. Hemos utilizado unas tazas para tomar un té, y aunque pasaran a limpiar la habitación no las recogían. Fuera esto, todo impecable. ”

“We stayed in the apartments, it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We used the spa and pool which we paid extra for at the main reception, which was lovely. There was a small shop within reception and a small bakery which was about a 5 min walk out of the complex, everyone was friendly, ”

“We chose a double deluxe with bathtub. Bed was fine, bathroom ok. But the room itself was tiny. Nothing wrong with it but just notice that it was the tiniest room for that price. Not for someone that wants or expects a more regular sized room or a spacious room. My opinion is that if something has the name deluxe and you charge the pretty penny for that, the room should reflect also in the space you offer. The entrance is so narrow that only one person fits in it at a time. ”

“Check in was friendly and simple, room was clean. I had an early bus and left before breakfast but they delivered it to my room the night before for no extra charge and it was delicious!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The resort is great for sledding and the on site soft play/activity park was great for the kids. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and the food and service were both good. We thought the price of using the pool was too high 65euros per day for a family of 4. Had it been half of this we would have visited.”

“Renewed rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast on silent period maybe one of the best I have in Finland when you can handle the ordering from the menu. But then on next morning, breakfast buffet was quite average even it's almost the same setup, but still on there some old stuff eg. dried cheese slices etc which would need a bit more care to clean and keep things fresh on the table.”
