“I’ve stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions and have found the location great. Very close to restaurants and shops and far away enough to be in a very quiet and peaceful location.
The F&B staff and Housekeeping team especially the housekeeping manager are all amazing, extremely polite, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, thank you for this, you are the reason I came back a second time and you proved you are consistent.
The front office, finance and reservations teams on the other hand need...

“Stayed 2 days at dreamworld Resort.
Biggest disappointment was Breakfast, as it was limited. Not properly cleaned dishes and utensils.
Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری)
Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . Day 2, call service was down for 20 hours. (2 rounds to reception, and a call to get iron delivered)
Checkin is 3 pm. And takes...

“The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites.”

“Room was clean but looks old. Specially bath room old fashion like in 70s. Bath towels needs to replace with better quality. Breakfast was good and staff very cooperative. It's not same standard i was expecting 2.5 or 3 star hotel and motels.”

“I booked three nights stay at Hotel One Down Town. When i arrived on the 23rd Jan, i was showed two rooms. One room was completely submerged with cigarette smoke (Room 302), the second room (309) which was shown to us had mud dust all over the front room. I informed the receptionist straight away. The hotel refused to give refund saying hotels.com would do that. They also refused to transfer the booking to another facility of theirs. Hotels.com contacted the hotel again, but hotel refused...
