“The outside appeared to be recently redone and the bedding (including mattress) had clearly been updated. In stark contrast, the decor/furniture was a little dated. The appliances and sofa bed, however, are unacceptable. We booked a suite (King bed + sofa bed). When we checked in, the sofa bed was so bad that there was no way anybody would be able to sleep on it. We ended up having to book a second room. Fortunately, the mattresses were comfortable, so everyone slept well in the end (but...

“Room is simple and could use some maintenance but it is clean and fresh air was blowing through prior to arrival which was nice. Room has a small fridge. View from the porch off the room is far and away the best feature. Staff is kind.”

“We had a wonderful week at the Boathouse Cottage. The location could not have been better. You are a 2 minute walk away from a secluded cove on the Bay of Funny (Kelly's Cove) with so much to explore at low tide. The tide pools had lots of treasures- crabs, shells, jellyfish, and unbeatable sunsets. Just 10 minutes away is the small town of St. George with a grocery store and other amenities. Easy day trips include St. Andrews by the Sea (40 minutes) and the white sand beaches of peace river...

“Our stay at the cozy cottage was fantastic if u want to unwind it is so peaceful everyone in the area are super nice we ate at the kitchen great food wonderful service tha gas station store was fantastic as well everything you could need and then some with great prices and you have to stop at the turtle gift shop great gifts and the owner was super nice and very helpful The cozy cottage was just that clean warm and welcoming it was a trip of a life time loved it out there”
