“The room was spacious and comfortable. There were a few minor issues like the drain plug being broken in the bathroom, a broken shelf in the fridge and fish bait left outside on the balcony. But we still had a great time. Loved that it was soo close to the beach. It was beautiful and we even saw bunnies on the property. Loved the convenience of the pots and pans inside the room and the little park and outdoor activities located just five mins from the room. Great place to spend your vacation(:”

“We found a lot to love about Herbst Cottage! While the layout is a little unconventional (the huge master bedroom is the only direct route in and out of the house to the back decks and pool), the spaces were big enough for 10 people, and the places we were most interested in, which were the kitchen, backyard/pool, and beach access, were really great. “We really enjoyed our stay here! It was nice having so much space with all of the family. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball area. The house was clean and came with so much to do. Having the golf cart was amazing to drop the beach stuff off and the family. Sherrie was fabulous! We have never had a host to be so informative and communicative. She was very helpful and responded immediately. We highly recommend staying here and we will be staying again!!”

“Beautiful house, clean with all the essentials provided. It was a 2 min walk to beach access which was wonderful. The host provided beach essentials, bikes, etc. which made packing for the trip that much easier. I had a couple of questions since this was my first time booking through VRBO and the host was very quick to respond and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended. ”

“The house was cleaner than most beach houses I have been too and it had a fantastic pool and hot tub. The rrooms were really nice and two had an adjoining bathroom. the owner provided a document that provided everything you would need to know about the house and the area. The beach was just down a dirt road that was only traveled by those on the road and the beach was never really crowded and it was very clean. Not great for finding sea shells or sharks teeth but no rocks or anything but soft...

“The property is in a great location close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc., 2 minutes walk to the beach on the ocean side, 20 min drive to the soundside beach. 40 min drive to the nature preserve with the wild horses.
