“We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend @ Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. The layout of the home is perfect. The kitchen is at least a 4 person working kitchen so that was great. The additional dining space was a plus. Due to inclement weather, we ended up having a great 'game day/night' at the table. It was enough for 6 people. The levels of decking was a bonus as was the boat house play room. It was nice having a long dock at we brought two fishing boats along with us. You won't regret renting this...

“This is a really cute place to stay. Me and my guests stayed 7 nights here when originally we were only going to stay 6. However, we added an extra night so we could stay longer. The host was very good with communicating and super nice. Just a heads up if anyone wants to stay here there is an actual hot tub in the backyard and not the inflatable like the picture. Honestly, I would still stay here again it’s super cute and a quiet neighborhood too. They did a really good job at making this place...

“I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s but this place by far was my favorite. All the details put into the decor were so thoughtful. I think the hooks inside the sleeping quarters were my favorite. Also, the luggage racks came in handy! All I can say is well done and we will be back soon! I recommend staying here 1,000 %.”

“This was a very clean "homey" hotel. More so than other run of the mill hotels. These guys had actual dishes, real coffee grounds, roku style tv, even the view out the back window was trees. It gave a real sense of home away from home. Wish i couldnt spent my whole trip at this hotel honestly. They really think out all you need for cresture comforts away fro. Home. I cant say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!! ”
