“Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good.”

“Great parking. Small ski rental shop on premises. Employees easy to deal with when around. Wifi was terrible. Pool spa area and locker room smelled and seemed unclean. Gym has very old equipment”

“Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...

“This is a very clean well located property my and my twins (17 years old) stayed here through the Uk school holidays.Communication with the owner and property manager via WhatsApp was great . The place whilst cosy was clean and had everything we needed to get by.The shops and bars are close expect a little music at night but it’s not terrible it’s just part of being in the center.We drove so parked in the safe car park below the property.The swimming pool was great just the thing we needed after...

“Chalet, incroyable Aucun regret, tout était parfait”

“A really well presented chalet on 3 floors, with a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge on the top floor, with good views of the Rila mountain and the slopes. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open fire, a bar, a beer fridge, everything for the perfect ski trip! We'd love to come back again. The complex also has a decent pool, a sauna and a good restaurant. There's a courtesy bus into the resort which runs anout every 40 minutes. Loads of parking.”

"Es un hotelazo. Perfecto si vas con coche. Esta decorado con muy buen gusto y el personal es eficiente y muy simpático. Está a 15 minutos del centro en metro que está a su vez a 5 minutos andando del hotel. No hay muchos restaurantes alrededor es el único inconveniente "
