“The villa was nice and clean, but that’s all you get really.
We paid extra for dinner 22 euro per person and was told that the restaurant is open until 10, we went for dinner at 8:30pm to be told by the chef there that they close at 9 pm. The food leftovers were rice with little chicken, peas and few peaces of salmon, no salads, no starters, literally nothing for 22euro. The staff was so rude, literally never seen this before. Next morning at check out we asked for a refund for our dinner and...

“Great location close to the Bishop's Basilica and the town square. Be sure to take the pedestrian tunnel, under the busy road, to the square: it's an old Roman road!
Apartment is simple but plenty adequate. Rosica, the host, gives the clearest, best instructions you could ever hope for. The private parking space is rare, and super convenient.
Great stay.”

“El complejo está genial, y nuestro alojamiento, casa del lago estaba muy bien, tenía unas vistas estupendas, pero la cama era horrible, muy muy incómoda y hacía mucho ruido, es hora de cambiarla.
La recepción regular , incomprensible que haya tantas personas y ninguna hable nada de español, explicaciones de los servicios las justas por no decir casi ninguna.
Las comidas muy bien, sobre todo el desayuno y la cena, el buffet de la comida muy escaso.”

Hotel ok, like the boutique feel of the hotel but did not liked how enclosed it felt (lack of air circulation) room ok, rather small for my comfort and with extra gimmicks in electrical/electronics (audio, lighting, heaters) tough to u understand /control. Restaurant not open for breakfast/was served breakfast to my room a perk did not really appreciate.
In any case nice experience but probably wrong time of the year/weather and hotel was empty or close to that , meaning staff at minimum (it...
