“Hotel muy viejo, sucio, camas muy incomodas, demasiada gente y es casi imposible accesar al buffet, comida y bebida de mala calidad. El personal necesita ser bilingüe.”

“Well this hotel was 5 stars probably in the 90’s as of now it’s two and a half stars in my opinion. The rooms are old and need a remodeling, the fitness center is terrible, I have never seen such a bad and old gym.After I used the equipment, my t-shirt and shorts were covered in rust!! The food in the buffet was almost the same every day and the taste I don’t even want to go there.Only good thing about this place was the location.”

“Meget fint hotel, men reception personalet i dagtid var ikke særlig hjælpsomme, eller gode til at give informationer. Vi fandt først ud af at der var en pool med rutsjebaner bag Polen på 3 sal, da 3 da vi snakkede med receptionisten om aftenen.. Maden var ikke 5 stjerner overhovedet, udvalget var lille og man skulle stå og vente på de kom ud med noget, hvis man skulle nå at få noget.. morgenmad var det samme, han lavede 10 pandekager af gangen, det tog ca. 10min, men så tog den første i køen...

“It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. “The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner.
