“We stayed for a week with a family of 10. Enough comfortable space for all of us! The kids had a blast catching HUGE frogs and blue gill left and right from the dock. We also made use of the paddle boat and canoe. Short drive to all the 1000 Islands has to offer! Host was extremely helpful with area recommendations with quick responses. ”

“Great little cabin on a pretty, quiet pond. My son loved fishing in their rowboat. I loved reading on the porch. It was clean and well taken care of. It’s in a remote area so we brought food and laid low while we were there. Loved hearing the loons and watching the sunset. We had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Thank you! ”

“We loved our stay on Trout Lake! Check in was easy and as described. The kitchen was well-stocked and nicely set up for meal prep for our group of 7. We enjoyed the bi-level deck with a large table and chairs for 6 on both levels. The inside common area was plenty spacious for the one rainy day we needed to be indoors. “Check in went very smoothly with Alice meeting us at the cottage and helping us with where to launch our boat and where to put the trailer. I loved the large yard right on the water and plenty of dock space. The cottage was small but cozy and worked out well with our family. Alice was gteat the whole time. I was happy to bring my dog as well. Great stay!”

“Teresa was a great host and a very responsive communicator. She treated us with respect and was incredibly welcoming to me and my family. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Camp Hemlock was condusive for relaxing and enjoying the private and the quiet surroundings. Boyd pond is the perfect size for kayaking and fishing with the family. Overall this is the best location we have stayed in the ADK area. ”
