“When we first arrived, we were told that though we booked two rooms, two of the same kind were not available so they would be on opposite ends of the property. Considering one must drive to the self contained villas (what we actually booked), this was not going to work for us.
Eventually, we were given a different room type so that we could have two rooms together however - initially they said it cost more, but it did not. Then, we found stains all over the sheets (blood and other things)....
