“Very nice hotel close to Issyk Kul. Lovely professional staff who were very helpful and provided exceptional service. Highly recommended. ”

“The hotel has been conceived in a modern style but there is certainly no upkeep. Broken fixtures, lack of cleanliness, hot shower not working, blocked drains and many other issues spoiled our stay. Breakfast served in the room was a big disappointment. For the money charged, it should have been much better rather than a nominal cold platter with no variety at all. “Friendly staff and great food at restaurant”

“Amazing stay. Friendly and super helpful staff. Felt like home. Super recommended ”

“浴室の水はけが悪かった。 英語でのコミュニケーションが難しいのでgoogle translateは必須。 猫達やよく手入れされたきれいな庭園に癒された。 ホテルで提供する食事は、ホームメードの感じで普通のレストランでは味わえない。”

“Excellent guest house, very clean, friendly staff, very affordable, and very good breakfast. Short taxi ride or walk to shops and restaurants in Karakol”
