“I really enjoyed my stay at Pyramid Hotel and Resort. The views are stunning, staff are exceptional and gracious. Massage is included in the stay which was lovely as well as a buffet breakfast. I removed one star as there was only hot water for shower one out of four nights.”

“The hospitality of the Hotel staffers was outstanding.”

“Paid for an executive room and was given a standard room.”

“goed gelegen hotel,accomaodatie is verouderd”

“The can't even check the reservation on expedia. DO NOT BOOK HERE. They don't even help you. And good luck going to the expedia support. They can't contact the property aswell. Absolute Crooks.”

“We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The gardens are large, lots if flowers, large trees, birds, and monkeys. The facilities need some maintenance and the trash should be picked up from the gardens. A great value and a nice refuge from Addis. Horses were fun and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant had good food.”

“Wonderful staff and they accommodated my vegan menu.”
