The convince of having our own boat ramp and covered doc was amazing. The view from the property is incredible. Host was very timely in responding to messages and made our checkin process very easy. They say it was the best vacation ever!!!”

“After not being able to visit Montlake for decades, this was a very special experience for my wife and me. It is a beautiful location with easy access to a trail leading to the water or around the lake. It would be very comfortable for eight (four couples). I would prefer a king bed in the Master suite vs. two doubles. Some updating would be nice but it was comfortable and extremely clean. The host is very accommodating abd communication was timely. It ”

“This particular area of Watts Bar Lake is probably the best view on the whole lake for sunsets. Aside from the views, the house is amazing with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly). ”
