“I like that it had the right amount of beds and a working microwave and fridge. I didn’t like that there was no WiFi and the check in process was very confusing and the man who checked us in acted very weird and was not helpful.”

“Didn’t need anything fancy, just a place to sleep. Cabin is right next to the road, but once inside, it’s quiet. Great shower, nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking if you bring your boat. If you want a clean, well kept property, no frills cabin, this is a great place to stay. Property has multiple cabins, would be great if you had a large group and wanted your own space at the end of the day. I will definitely return for another stay.”

“The cabin was very cozy and clean. Loved the location, very close to most restaurants/beach/marina and the Caribbean Custard & Italian Ice onsite was an added bonus which we enjoyed each night. It was nice to have a fire pit onsite as well. Only criticism would be that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and required multiple reboots to get it to work. “Our stay at Jess and Ryan’s place was wonderful. They gave very detailed descriptions on where to park, the condo was clean, and it had everything we needed and more. They were so gracious to refund us our pet fee after we ended up having to put our dog down before our trip to Bear Lake. Once we checked in, we found a couple of small odd things on the property but Ryan was so responsive. This rental’s location to the pool cannot be beat.
