“Excellent floor plan in this three bedroom log home with wrap around porch. Clean and comfortable. Including the mattresses were very comfortable for a good night sleep after a long day of hiking. Whirlpool was clean and a great additive for relaxation. There was a couple neighborhood beagles that greeted us daily. They were not obnoxious, in fact, we looked forward to seeing them when we came back to the cabin. Thank you host for a great, uneventful stay! ”

“This cabin was wonderful! for such a good price I didn't anticipate the location to be as amazing as it was. Close to all the hiking and kayaking, but so secluded up on a mountain. Timmy was so responsive but gave us full privacy. An outdoor heater that worked AMAZING and feeding the donkeys were extra perks. ”

“The cabin was perfect for two people. It was very clean & cozy. I loved that they had games to play & enjoyed all the brochures they provided regarding the surrounding area. The screened in porch was perfect for rainy nights as we were still able to be outside. Behind the cabin was all woods/trees, but I didn’t personally love how close it was to the road & we had another quite close (but noise was not a problem). Overall would highly recommend. A great and cozy spot to stay in red river gorge! ”

“The property was very nice and the owner was very responsive. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. There were two problematic issues both totally outside of the owner's control. One, the VRBO site noted there was a grill available. In March of 2025 the local fire district banned grills for Condos. As a result there was no grill available. Not the fault of the owner, but the site should be updated. Two, the site said there was a pool which swayed our decision to stay at the property. The...

“My family had a great time and are begging to come back every summer. Everything was clean and worked great. They had everything we needed to cook or grill or roast marshmallows by the fire pit. The master bed is small but soft and comfortable so we were able to make that work. We definitely plan to come back. ”

“My daughter and I enjoyed the outdoor space, the big kitchen and two bedrooms. We visited Broken Leg Falls and Red River Gorge during our 3 day stay. Would recommend for a getaway away from the noise of the world. We enjoyed seeing all the creatures crawling on the porch.
