“Hotel is nice and friendly, placed pretty close to the city center. Room was a bit small and missing some features (only one pillow). Was a not aware that my rate was not including spa access, you'd better check this first. spa is pretty basic, outdoor jacuzzis are really nice but often crowded. Reception ladies were nice and friendly.”

“Excellent stay at Teleferic. I booked a room with balcony which was very spacious with a separate toilet and living room. Interior is mainly wood which gives it a cozy feel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was decent, with a variety of things including some local cakes and a chef making eggs your way on order.”

“Escala is a great hotel. Small, with excellent service by owners Adrian and Claudia. What I especially liked is that they provided me with customized suggestions for what I might like to see in town, something that Google Maps or Claude would not have been able to do. I hope to return to Cluj and if so will certainly stay at Escala again.”
