“The hotel was really lovely and very convenient for Mercedes World and the Brooklands museum. I had a trackside bedroom which was brilliant for a Motorsport fan. It would have been nice to have biscuits in the room with the tea/coffee facilities,but it didn't detract from my enjoyment of my stay . The shower was very powerful and great! I would definitely stay again! ”

“Hotel was easy to find and with plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to all requests. Room was lovely and spacious as too the bathroom. Aircon was a pkus with it being quite hot when visited in the summer. Lovely dining area with plenty of seating, we ate outside and food was delicious in the evening and at breakfast. I would order breakfast when booking as it is £15 and not £10 as advertised. Will stay again whrn in the area.”

“Sadly, a good experience during the stay became uncomfortable when they accused me of damaging the kettle in my room, they accused me of having used it with milk, which is incorrect and I categorically deny it, I used the kettle properly with water for coffee and tea, on the other hand, they found milk in a cup because I ate cereal but with cold milk, at no time did I use the kettle to heat milk. I don't care about the £20 they charged me, but I do care to make it clear that it was a false...

Les dije no tenía uso del teléfono para llamadas y me dijeron que fuera a información y que ellos llamarían. Fuimos a 3 sitios que decían información y ninguno quiso hacerlo. Tuve que pedirle un favor a alguien para que hiciera la llamada... Según la reservación, un transporte estaba incluido. Yo quise pagar el regreso (£19.95=$25.68) y ellos no lo aceptaron así. Ya en el carro, no...
