“Pre-booked dinner for 2000. On arrival at hotel at 1830 nothing known. Only available table was 1845 so went straight to dinner. All evening there were empty tables near me so I could easily have had a later booking. When I went up to my room reported this to reception. Was promised a response. Nothing heard. Frequently stay at this hotel.”

“Parking is free between 6-6 then it charges per hour which you can pay thru a QR code or machine. Front Desk ends about 10pm. It is convenient location. Abouy 15 mins. away from Heathrow Airport.”

Les dije no tenía uso del teléfono para llamadas y me dijeron que fuera a información y que ellos llamarían. Fuimos a 3 sitios que decían información y ninguno quiso hacerlo. Tuve que pedirle un favor a alguien para que hiciera la llamada... Según la reservación, un transporte estaba incluido. Yo quise pagar el regreso (£19.95=$25.68) y ellos no lo aceptaron así. Ya en el carro, no...

“Sadly, a good experience during the stay became uncomfortable when they accused me of damaging the kettle in my room, they accused me of having used it with milk, which is incorrect and I categorically deny it, I used the kettle properly with water for coffee and tea, on the other hand, they found milk in a cup because I ate cereal but with cold milk, at no time did I use the kettle to heat milk.
