“Property owner didn't know we were staying at the property since she "hadn't communicated with VRBO in a long time". The cabin had not been cleaned. The caretaker changed the bedding but that was all. My husband cleaned the bathroom. We were told the water was under a boil restriction. I wonder if it's always under a boil restriction. We were provided a few bottles of water. The window air unit dripped so we had to keep a bowl under it. The location was nice with only the caretaker house near.”

We complained it but the site manager told us we should wait till the sun down and we should expect the Texas summer to use the facility. I believe this place should not be rented without proper equipment to make it "stayable" We left early without staying a night. ”

They really paid attention to every detail to make your stay enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest bringing is ice, as the freezer does not make any and the cube tray was missing ”

“The place was filthy. We even found a bed bug in the kitchen linen drawer. The sheets had hairs in them and smelled bad. The toilet bowl was dirty and the floor smelled like urine in the bathroom.
