“For the price it was good. The food was a little limited and while there is room service it only runs to 9:30 so not the best. Staff were lovely, although the barstaff were yoing and inexperienced clearly not knowing what goes onto what cocktails etc... I would consider staying again, but probably only if there was an offer on”

“Loved the interior of the pub and the dining room . All of the staff were pleasant and helpful especially Ross who was friendly , professional and very helpful. We had one of the annexe rooms and it was very peaceful , clean and facilities were excellent . We were very happy with our evening meals and breakfasts . Would happily return .”

“The hotel itself was excellent, as were the staff. The attached restaurant however, was atrocious. The service was practically non existent. We had tea and (very nice) cake there in the afternoon (eventually), and when we turned up for breakfast the next morning, our tea dishes were still on the table. At dinner time we sat for fifteen minutes before having to go and find someone to take our order. Frozen chips took a hour to arrive. In the morning, despite arriving 15mins after breakfast was...
