“Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. “I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment.
