“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. ”

“Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.”

“Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. “beautiful villa near orvieto, chiusi, montepulciano. host was very nice and accommodations were good. beds were firm which i appreciated, and the A/C worked. she left us wine, water and breakfast foods. there were many mosquitos outside so we couldnt enjoy the property as much as we wished, and some of the window screens were broken. no soap or shampoo provided so we had to buy our own.”

“This was our favorite place we stayed out of six during our two week trip.The apartment was spacious, super clean, and had the best balcony view of the Duomo.Our host was very easy to communicate with and left us a bottle of wine and appetizers that were delicious. None of us wanted to leave!”

“This was a great stay in our favorite town, Orvieto! It was fun to be able to walk anywhere right from our doorstep. The rooms were great size, queen beds, the hosts supplied everything we needed (and even asked if we needed a towel change). The place we stayed before made us purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels so it was nice to have that amenity. “This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard”

“Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village.”
