“I was a little concerned at first when looking at this property that it was a little far away from the mountains & lake placid, but it is actually in the perfect location near everything in the area. Great privacy, not a lot of people around, great roads to drive on (no traffic or crowds) and access to anything you could possibly want within a 20 to 30 minute drive. Great value for the money! We used this place for my bachelor party weekend. We all had a great time and it will be in our...

“The back storage room was very moldy and gave my daughter horrible allergies. We were there for a soccer tournament. The directions to find the apartment were not accurate they gave me the wrong store fronts to look for. Also when I messaged questions it was over 12 hours before someone got back to me and it seemed like an agency that did not know the answers. It was a very convenient location and that part was wonderful.”

“The bathroom was very dirty, and we were not comfortable even using the shower. In addition, the front door does not lock at all, and we had to check in late due to the chalet not being ready. On the plus side, the beds were very comfy and the fireplace was a wonderful bonus. The chalet had a nice selection for tv channels. It needs some definite updating, but overall hosts did try to accommodate by offering us a free night- would recommend after renovations only. ”

“Amazing property with amazing views! Plenty of chairs, fire pit, and picnic table to do all your cooking and eating. The only thing was the horses right next to the camp that scared us in the middle of the night! But the next day they came to say hello again and were much less scary in the daylight!”
