“Much brighter than expected from pictures. Delightful home. Back deck and gas fire pit an unexpected bonus. Entry step a little high if you have weak legs. Has everything needed...including oil, vinegar, and select spices. Standard drip coffee maker with k cup coffemaker attached. We did use a vase to make oj 😄 ”

“I came here with my 19 yo son and our pup, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we were looking for. A two minute walk to the beach and a short ride to Buffalo - there was enough to do while still being peaceful. The next door neighbors were also very friendly.”

“Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“This was the perfect beach house!! The layout of the home was incredible both with size and comfort! It was beautifully decorated and made us feel right at home. It was absolutely spotless and cleaned to perfection. The outdoor space was the icing on the cake. Beautiful area for a fire, to have dinner and even a bar area. Quick and easy walk to the beach.
