“Our group of 4 (2 couples) enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The house was the perfect size. It had cute furnishings and everything was comfortable. We appreciated all the little touches and loved all the extras provided from the water to the snacks to the toiletries. The yard was a great size, although it would have been nice to have it fully fenced in for our dog. Great outdoor space as well which would be great for the warmer months. Location is great as well close to many things....

“I have never stayed in such a unique place. The staff was accommodating to my early morning and made me a special yogurt parfait. The room had everything that a five star hotel has….even a heat lamp in the bathroom! It is the very definition of quaint luxury.”

“This property is a wonderful alternative to the expensive hotels around Greenwich. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. ”

“The sheets were way over bleached and burned my skin. The bed is way too soft and the sofa is uneven and sinks. The area is quite scary especially at night, and it is surrounded by vacant lots and construction zones. Most of the other stores in this building are closed, and homeless people walking around. The cleaning products use have a distinctively bad smell that even the air conditioning couldn’t eliminate, and the air conditioners are so loud you can’t hear the tv if they are running.”

“This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”
