“This stay was a homecoming for me, since my parents had lived right on the St. Lawrence, and nearly the entirety of my late mom's family still live nearby. The area is largely agricultural, with many dairy farms and green pastures. It is a truly beautiful part of NY State and we were very much looking forward to getting back there to visit. We were not disappointed. The property is very nice -- extremely clean and well maintained, with a GREAT bed! The property owner, Ali,is extremely pleasant...

“Whitney is a great host! This apartment is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. “The cottage was very cozy and had everything we needed. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from SLU, as we live several hours away in Massachusetts. Overall, it was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, it rained and was very cold while we were there, so I can’t comment on any of the water activities. The view from the deck is lovely! We saw a small beaver and a great blue heron.”

“We stayed a week and loved everything about the Hosts and cabin. Very clean and very accommodating . If you forgot to bring it, Dawn probably already has is there for you. Water, snacks, coffee, storage bags, you name it. They check in to make sure everything is ok, even give you places to try fishing. They truly are the best hosts we have ever had. I highly recommend a stay at their cabin. Water access is just a few steps away. ”

“This was such a great getaway. Hosts were fantastic. Recommended Jake’s on the lake for dinner - couldn’t have been happier. “We really loved the setting of the cabin. Boyd Pond is beautiful! We loved seeing critters outside, like geese and loons on the water. We made breakfasts in the kitchen and spent a lot of time looking out over the water both from the table and sitting on the deck. It was nice to watch TV at night and have a space of our own. ”
