“Enjoyed this property with beautiful view from our balcony of Seneca Lake. There are lower rooms, but those would have cars parked where you sit outside your room. I would return and stay again, but only if I could get a balcony room. Staff was welcoming, personable & professional. Spoke with servers, maintenance, front desk check in, etc. ALL were exceptional and I look forward to staying here again. Such a convenient location to downtown Watkins Glen and sights in the surrounding area.”

“The staff let us check in early. Room was very clean with a gorgeous view of Saranac Lake. Fire pit in the evening was a big plus. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back. ”

“I would leave zero stars if I could. We booked through VRBO and the host claims to not have gotten the info. He lead us to believe it was ok and he would still get the place ready for us within 2 hrs (as half of our party had already arrived in the area). After a 4hr ride, we arrive to find he is cancelling our reservation and now he says he supposedly double booked. Either way he lied to us when he said he was getting it ready.
