“Great house right on the lake. Lots of room for cooking and spending time together. Sun room, deck and firepit were our favorites. The dining room table was a great spot for playing board games. Very convenient location to walk to Bemus Point, short drive to Long Point State Park, Panama Rocks, Chautauqua Institute and Jamestown. Very clean and well maintained. The host was prompt in answering any questions. ”

“house on lake is absolutely beautiful. the sunrise in morning is amazing. i couldnt ask for anything you guys provided the basics and that was perfect. we are looking for more summer months in future. you guys should push in fall through winter your house is close to some of the best steelhead and brown fishing in the country. ”
