“Interesting and eclectic camping with many fun and unique features. Mini golf, volleyball, full size Monopoly games to name a few. Tents are great with comfy beds (I slept great), mini fridges and Roku TV. And they stand up well to heavy rain (we had a downpour overnight) with no leaks. Warm shower with towels, 2 bathrooms w sinks. Campsites have fire pits with firewood and Appalachian chairs. And they have BBQs too. The Zen Den is well stocked with food. Location is excellent. “We were all attending the Duchess County Sheep and Wool festival. The property had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy to cook so we didn't have to venture out. The lighting throughout the house was excellent and we knitted all over. Having 2 full baths was great, too. There was never a line at the door. The home is older so the staircase is very steep, but we overcame it! We did blow a fuse at one point and Kip got our lights back on very fast....
