“The hotel was basic but super clean.No cups in room but reception produced tea making essentials when asked. The young lady who booked us in was lovely. The man who provided tea making bits was super nice. I managed to leave my fan remote behind and it hadn't turned up when I first rang but another lovely man took my details and said he would see if he could track it down. He rang me back , having found it ,and asked what I would like to do I asked if they could post it to me which they agreed...

“Nice place. Bigger and nicer than expected. Comfy bed. Big room with a sofa and space to eat / watch TV. Powerful hot rainfall shower. Two loos. Small kitchen area with a hob and small oven. Toaster. Kettle. Few nice bits left to use including shower items and kitchen essentials. Few issues contacting owner as they were locked out of app but extremely helpful by phone. £10 into city in an Uber. Secure parking. ”

“This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...
