“We stayed in the resort for the first time with family for a week. Overall the staff is very polite and their service is excellent.
The bedroom is very nice but some appliance can do updating.
Food is excellent and the Italian a la cart is the best and we go there pretty much every day and no booking needed.
The pool and the beach is nice and it's cleaned every evening by staff.
We would definitely return to this resort with our any problems.”

“Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢

“A friend recommended this hotel. He was right. The owner, Abdullah, is what makes all the difference. He will personally see that you're well attended and will be most helpful. He's really a great guy. The hotel couldn't be in a better location, the breakfast is amazing, and even the cats and the dogs there are very friendly. You'll love it.”

“Die Qualität vom Essen war nicht dem Hotel gerecht.
Das Essen hat sehr nach Fett gerochen.
Der Chef von der Lobby war unfreundlich, bezüglich einer Frage unsererseits.
Die Zimmer wurden unzureichend gereinigt, hauptsächlich die Böden wurden überhaupt nicht geputzt.
Zusätzlich hatten wir eine Medicalmassage in Anspruch genommen, die ihr Geld überhaupt nicht gerecht war.
In der Discothek wurde immer die gleich Art von Musik, bzw. Es wurden die gleich Songs vom Vorabend gespielt, deswegen...
