“Good hotel for ski, a little bit far away from the city. Food is nice and the hotel will do good with a good revamp. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Staff are really friendly and helpful, on the last day the hotel/airport transfer almost made us mis our flight, but it turned out ok in the end”

“We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Wyndham Kayseri and we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nice, great location, the bedroom is spacious. The staff were friendly, free parking, free use of the swimming pool. Only complain is that the price of drinks at the roof top bar are excessive… 11 euros for a small bottle of water and a tea!!!...Be aware that Hotels.com advertises this hotel as being on the doorstep of the ski slopes, and that isn’t true, Erciyes Ski resort is 25 min away by car...

“Eski bir otel olan Kar tanesi otelin yuzeysel olarak yenileme yapilmis hali Agaoglu otel. Ne yazik ki otelin esyalarinin ve odalarin ciddi bir tekrar yenileme gecirmesi lazim. Odalar bakimsiz yataklar cok kisa rahatsiz edici (1.87cm boyumla ayaklarim disarda kaliyordu). Ilginc bir sekilde odalarda cay kahve ikrami yok o yuzden Su isiticisi dogal olarak mevcut degil. Bistro cafe nin ucretli olmasi ve fahis fiyatlar ! (Kayak tatili pahalidir dusuncesine siginarak). Bes cayi (17.00 18.00) zamani...
