“This is the best Mercure that I ever stay. New property, close to the mall, coffee etc. Recomended 👍”

“Clean with very friendly staff… very nice breakfast… close to shop”

“The pool needs to be cleaned, lots of algae on the bottom of the pool. There was a dead squirrel on the sidewalk outside our door for several hours. The floor in the bathroom is very rough, it is a trip hazard when using the bathroom at night. Two of us got sick eating at the restaurant, probably undercooked sate. Very noisy as a major road runs just outside the entrance.”

“The building was maintained properly, each corners have its own unique spaces. From homy living room to picturesque pool. Definitely would comeback.”

“The hotel food is too expensive.. are you guys kidding me ?? Sometimes the food is more expensive than jakarta... what are you guys thinking ??? The breakfast quiality was not even average.. by the way why there are only few employees during breakfast ?? The service was so slow”

“The hot water spring in the room. Instead of having a public hot water spering”
