“Location in beautiful place; private beach. ”

“Unmotivated staff, old hotel that got "make up" , buffet style with cheap food and tasteless. If you want to eat anything but the cruise-ship style buffet - you need to go to a specific counter - stand in line - to make a reservation etc etc.... really sad organization and absolutely soul-less ... Air-con not working well. a labyrinth up and down stairs everywhere with no clear signage. The 2 positives was view and no kids so nice and silent. Unless you like a low budget cruise-ship style -...

“Probably some of the best quality food we have experienced at an All Inclusive. The staff are all very kind, great service, and a wonderful location with stunning views. Our only 'complain' was that the bed wasn't made properly through our entire stay. The bed looked messy every single day.”

“Wonderful hotel”

“Nice hotel with a beautiful view! The private beach is very quiet, with clear water, which is great. However, the food service definitely needs improvement. There aren’t many options to choose from for lunch.”

“Nice location but disappointing hotel. It was expensive for what it was and I'd look elsewhere.”

“We had a great stay however the pictures on the website look not like the real views from the room or pool. There is a road in. Between the pool and the lake and the views from the hotel are onto the road partial lake over the road. However the staff is nice and we had. A peaceful sleep.”

“Good food, helpful staff”

“Communication and check in/out was exceptional. All questions responded to before arrival and arranged transfers for us. All the staff was nice friendly and helpful. Although the pools were cold (October) there was always free sun beds and towels available. Good selection of drinks (alcoholic). Coffee was poor. Soft drinks ok. Food the gyros was the best. Crepes and ice cream decent. Buffet was hit and miss. Speciality restaurants was worse than the buffet. Beach access was great again plenty of...
