“We had an amazing 4-night stay at Barndo Bliss on Lake Cumberland with our family and two other families. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how well-equipped and thoughtfully designed the property was. It truly had everything we could ask for to make our trip comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.
The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and boats, and the amenities were outstanding. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day on...

“The place was clean for the most part and I slept good, but wasn't able to cook there. Teflon Cookware that was flaking off, the Microwave hadn't been cleaned, the Keurig looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. and there's a gap in the Front Door where insects and mice could possibly get in.”

“Cozy and quiet. Great for a couple. Close to the lake. Our host was great. Gave us the names of several places to eat. The Rex was a great place to eat. The sevice and people were awesome. We always try to eat at the local places when we travel. All in all it was a great vacation.”

1) I never received check-in instructions. When I messaged my host, I got a simple "they were to sent to you" message. Really?? They finally resent the instructions when I asked again. Why did I have to ask twice?
2) Very hard to find. It's a small space at the back of a building. It took me 15 minutes to find it after walking around and getting the host to explain it to me. The rental has an address but the front door had no number. It was in a dark,...
