“This house was great! One of the cleanest houses we have stayed in. It was so spacious and accommodating. Great dock for a lot of fishing. The location was perfect too. Close to town for grocery store or anything we needed. The design of the house made me want to go home and remodel. Very easy to work with. We had several questions prior to booking and they respond very fast. We even had a slight issue with air conditioning and before we could contact them, they contacted us and had someone on...

“This home is on the older side but has been renovated and is a great place! Great area of the lake, safe neighborhood. My only advice which is nothing negative, but for anyone coming to stay just helpful… The lighting because of the Tenant windows can be on the darker side at times. I do wish there was some more lighting on the main area of the house, but it was nothing terrible by any means still super great place, but my only advice would be to make sure if you plan on entertaining or cooking...

“Loved our stay, very nice place, everything you can think of was provided! My only suggestion, would be, to have a covered deck. I only say this, because, it rained a few nights, and we grilled most of our food. We also bought a can opener, and left it for future guests, lol ,other was broken. Great place, great communication! Would definitely book again!”

“Property was as advertised. Check-in was easy and property was clean. There was no check out instructions but we just took dirty towels and sheets off beds. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.”

“This was perfect for our stay! Our daughter graduated from UGA and we needed a place to stay for the weekend for our family. Yes it's a 75 minute drive to Athens from Milidgeville but well worth it. The kids loved catching fish from the dock and we loved the location. Such a beautiful area! If you're looking for a rental for a UGA event this one is a great one and it beats paying 800 a night for a Best Western in Athens. .
